Back in May we announced our June Giveaway and we are excited to share with you the beautiful projects our customers submitted! As always, we appreciate hearing feedback and seeing installed sign photos from our customers.
Graham Community Park
“Pannier recently helped me with a project of crafting 3 Fiberglass Embedded Signs for the Graham Park Community Garden in Cranberry Twp. PA. We just installed the signs this month and are thrilled with how they look. Each sign offers different educational information on the Monarch Butterfly Lifecycle, Landscaping with Natives and the History of the Blue Star Memorial Marker. The signs are beautiful and add so much to the community garden! Thank you for creating these for us.”
Submitted by Rose Romboski from The Southern Butler County Garden Club
The Southern Butler County Garden Club utilized Frameless Single Pedestals to help highlight the wildlife in Graham Park. Single Pedestals are low-key and extremely sturdy, with the frame sitting angled on one centered post. The Single Pedestal Base is also used for Pannier StoryWalk Exhibits.
Pershing Avenue at The Dawes Arboretum
“Pershing Avenue at The Dawes Arboretum features trees that are dedicated to military service units or to individuals who have served in our armed forces. General of the Armies John J. Pershing dedicated a tree here in 1929. A photo on the sign displays our community’s tradition of honoring our veterans by lining the avenue with American flags on Memorial Day.”
Submitted by Beth A. Spieles from The Dawes Arboretum
Dawes Arboretum chose to use a Traditional T for this project to educate visitors on the history of Pershing Avenue. Traditional T’s are highly durable bases ideal for exhibits that require lots of information to be displayed for making a big impact.
Rockefeller Center
“Originally the statues/art did not have any information about them and now people all over the world visiting New York can read up on each statue as they stand next to it for pictures.”
Submitted by Myriam Yumbla from Green Mountain Graphics
Green Mountain Graphics utilized the Single Pedestal for this project.
Galva StoryWalk
“Our school’s Prairie Loop and StoryWalk have profoundly impacted our community by promoting environmental awareness and appreciation for the natural world. The amazing Pannier signs have encouraged residents to slow down, engage with nature, and explore the outdoors, fostering a sense of community, a love for reading, and a connection to the environment.”
Submitted by Trisha L. Main from Galva Elementary School
StoryWalks can be installed along outdoor paths near libraries, schools, or in the community to promote learning and fun as families walk and read together.
And the winner is…
