When looking to replace signage thoughout the arboretum that had become old and outdated, the staff turned to Pannier. Enlisting the help of Pannier’s on-staff graphic design team, Viles’ staff provided Pannier with images and text for the panels they were looking to update. Pannier’s graphic design team worked with the arboretum to assure the panels looked exactly how they envisioned.
“THE DESIGN PROCESS WAS QUITE EASY ESPECIALLY BECAUSE OF YOUR STAFF,” SAID MARK DESMEULES, EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF VILES ARBORETUM. “THEY WERE QUICK TO RESPOND, FRIENDLY, CLEARLY KNEW WHAT WE WERE LOOKING FOR AND KEPT ME IN THE LOOP THE ENTIRE PROCESS.”
With existing structures already in place, Pannier’s Fiberglass Embedded panel’s versatility made it easy for the arboretum staff to place the panels in their structures. Pannier’s panels can be cut to any shape or size and can have holes for customer mounting.
“Krystyn was professional, knowledgeable and friendly,” said DesMeules. “She obviously kept our order and account needs “on her list” and moving forward …it was a breath of fresh air to work with Krystyn because we moved from start to finish in a smooth and manner. Her “personal” interest in who we are and what we do was very helpful as it made our project seem like more than just “a project”. As a result, we will not only be back for more signs but we will indeed recommend Pannier to other organizations seeking such services.”
